Toddlerz Talent Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a talent platform dedicated to showcasing the skills, creativity, and talents of toddlers and young children. Our platform allows parents and legal guardians (“Parents”) to create profiles, submit content, and participate in talent programs on behalf of their children.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information provided by Parents/Guardians:

Full name and phone number of the parent/guardian
Billing and payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)
Child’s first name, date of birth, and general location (city/region)
Photos, videos, and audio recordings submitted for talent profiles
Talent descriptions, performance categories, and portfolio content

Information collected automatically:

Device type, browser type, and operating system
IP address and approximate geographic location
Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage talent profiles for children on behalf of their parents/guardians
Process registrations, subscriptions, and event participation
Display talent profiles to talent scouts, casting directors, and other authorized Platform users
Communicate with parents regarding their account, opportunities, and updates
Improve our Platform’s features, performance, and user experience
Send promotional communications where you have given consent (with easy opt-out)
Comply with applicable legal obligations

We will never use your child’s image, video, or personal information for advertising purposes without your explicit written consent.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Authorized Industry Professionals: Verified talent scouts, casting agents, and production companies who have agreed to our Terms of Use and data handling requirements.
Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist us with hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support, bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of a child or other individuals.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)

Protecting children’s privacy is our highest priority. Our Platform is operated by and for parents/guardians — children do not directly register or operate accounts.

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable laws, we require verified parental or guardian consent before collecting any personal information related to a child under the age of 13.

All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian (18+)
We do not allow children to independently access or control accounts
Parents may review, update, or delete their child’s information at any time
We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent
If you believe a child’s data has been submitted without consent, contact us immediately

DATA RETENTION

Content submitted for talent profiles is deleted upon your request or account closure.

Mark urgent child safety concerns as “URGENT: Child Safety” and we will prioritize your request. We will respond within 30 business days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered parents via the Platform at least 14 days before any material changes take effect.
